Located in Jack London Square, downtown Oakland’s entertainment district, Oakland Metro Operahouse is a nonprofit arts space, live performance venue, and home to the Oakland Opera. Opened in 2001, the black box theater and opera house is equipped with a full theatrical lighting system, state-of-the-art sound reinforcement, and a full bar.
