San Jose Center for the Performing Arts
Description
The San Jose Center for the Performing Arts is a performing arts venue located in downtown San Jose, CA. Built in 1972 by the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation, this one-of-a-kind theater features large windows, providing plenty of natural light and spectacular views. The Center for the Performing Arts is managed and operated by San Jose Theaters, a division of Team San Jose. It regularly hosts productions from Broadway San Jose, San Jose Dance Theatre, and other organizations.
The 150-capacity Ridder Lounge, located adjacent to an outdoor courtyard, is equipped with built-in concessions and a bar area. The swanky President’s Club, just off the main entrance, also features a bar and can accommodate up to 50 guests.
