Kill Your Idol opened in 2012 to provide an alternative to the local fair offered in the hustle and bustle of the tourism mecca known as South Beach. KYI offers a throwback to the emerging No Wave movement of the late 70s with emerging live local artists and musicians. When you enter Kill Your Idol, your leave the chaos of south beach and enter the chaos that is Kill Your Idol.
