Built in 1938, The Grand is an iconic 480-seat Art Deco theater in Downeast, ME, that fosters social interaction and growth in artists and audiences through the arts, entertainment, and education. The auditorium hosts in-house theater productions and programming like film, theater, live broadcasts and music. The Grand is a nonprofit performing arts center managed by Hancock County Auditorium Associates.
