Description
Opened in 1978, The Egg is the Empire State Plaza’s center for the performing arts in Albany, NY. The Egg is a premier presenter of dance, music, theatre, comedy and family entertainment in its 980-seat Hart Theatre, the intimate 440 seat Lewis A. Swyer Theatre, as well as on its outdoor stage during the summer months. The Egg is owned by the State of New York.
