Scruffy City Hall

Part of the Scruffy City Bar Hop located in downtown Knoxville, TN, Scruffy City Hall is an intimate music hall with two balconies. The Medieval Hall is on the first floor and has an Ultra-Hi-Def widescreen video system complete with state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, a stage, and full-bar service. The Loggia Balcony Bar is one of the best people-watching spots overlooking Historic Market Square. Scruffy City Hall is known as “Knoxville’s Cathedral of Entertainment and Libations.”
