Complex Oakland is a multi-level arts, concert and entertainment facility in Oakland’s downtown theater district. On the second floor is a bar and nightclub called Culture with a full restaurant and bar adjacent called Trap Kitchen Oakland. On the third floor is the Grand Ballroom with original stage and enhanced acoustics.
