Located on the bank of the historic Hillsborough River in downtown Tampa, FL, Straz Center for the Performing Arts is the fourth largest performing arts complex in the country. The foremost theater for Broadway entertainment in the area, the Straz Center also presents dance, opera, concerts and events.
The complex consists of a performing arts conservatory, a rehearsal hall, three restaurants, a coffee shop, banquet facilities, and five theaters: the 2,610-seat Carol Morsani Hall, 1,042-seat Ferguson Hall, the 312-seat Jaeb Theater, the 250-seat TECO Theater, and the 130-seat Shimberg Playhouse. The venue also boasts the outdoor Riverwalk Stage.
The Patel Conservatory features 20 studios, a theater workshop, rehearsal hall, costume shop and a state-of-the-art black box theater.
